Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start your lifetime guarantee claim or standard return.

  Select the items you are returning and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our support team.

  Package Your Socks

  Place your laundered socks in a secure mailer, attach the shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your package, we will issue a store credit code or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
